We are most happy to help and really need to talk to you about your rental budget and expectations, as there are many options to choose from, from an inexpensive church classroom, to a dance or yoga studio, to a more upscale space in a local hotel. An important practical question for you to think about is how long you want us to reserve a space for. If it’s the strict duration of our program, then know that in total it takes about 15 minutes for people to arrive at the beginning and then leave at the end. Because of this we recommend you add 1 extra hour to allow participants to arrive up to 30 minutes ahead of time and have the opportunity to share and network for up to 30 minutes afterwards. Either way rental and possible associated fees (e.g., liability insurance) come on top of our own fees and must be paid in full upfront (we will let you know what those are as soon as we have a confirmed location.)

Legal And Financial

Our standard terms are 50% payable upfront to book (non-refundable) and 50% within 30 days of the event. We do not ask that you sign a contract with us, but we’re very happy to sign one with you if you want one.
